A - Length
Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.
B - Width
Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest.

When will my order ship?
It will take approximately 3-5 days for your order to ship. Don’t worry, you’ll be representing Raleigh before you know it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $3.99 whether you’re in the center of the known universe (Raleigh, NC) or anywhere else in the United States. For our Raleighites who have gone abroad, shipping rates will vary.
Why does my shirt have a slight vinegar smell?
You might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more. We do not, however, accept acorns as payment. We’re onto you, squirrels.
What is the return policy?
If you received a size different from the one that you ordered or your item was damaged or misprinted, contact support@raleigh-roots.com. Claims must be filed within 4 weeks after receiving your order. We want to make sure you’re showing off your Raleigh pride, not your rALiEgH pride.
Are your shirts true to size?
Refer to the size chart above to ensure you get the fit you’re looking for. Please note that unisex shirt sizes refer to a regular men's size. For the ladies, we recommend ordering one size smaller than you typically wear.
How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You’ll also be notified when your order is delivered. No need to stare at your phone waiting for updates. All roads lead to Raleigh, and your delivery driver will be there soon.
